清蒸飼養三刀魚:

材料:
假三刀魚1條
薑1小舊
蔥1條

處理:
1. 魚,刮淨魚鱗,剪去魚鰭。
2. 內外清洗乾淨,放碟上。
3. 薑,去皮,切絲。
4. 蔥尾段,放魚身下,頭段切絲。

烹調:
1. 煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚7分鐘。
3. 魚蒸好,倒去碟上水分。
4. 燒熱油1湯匙,淋在魚身上。
5. 再倒一次魚汁。
6. 加入生抽。
7. 放上蔥段。
8. 完成,可享用。

Steam yellow spotted grunt:

Ingredients:
Yellow spotted grunt 1 No.
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Green onion 1 No.

Preparation:
1. The fish, get it scaled, cut the sharp ends.
2. Rinse in and out of the fish thoroughly. Put on plate.
3. Ginger, get it peeled and shredded.
4. The bottom part of green onion, put under the fish. The top part is to be shredded.

Steps:
1. Boil up a wok of water.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 7 minutes.
3. Fish has been steamed well. Pour away water on plate.
4. Heat up oil 1 tbsp. Pour on fish.
5. Pour away water on plate again.
6. Add light soya sauce.
7. Put green onion on top.
8. Complete. Serve.
